The trees have just about fully bloomed and the blight has already returned. These maple leaves in our yard are beginning to look like Swiss cheese.
Some of the trees on the walk to the Franklin train station are in worse condition. It seems they may be more susceptible than the maples. The red maples are also being hit hard.

The maple tree blight has arrived here in Ottawa On. Canada also. My beautiful 50 year old maples are badly affected this year. They began showing spots three years ago and with each successive year the blight has worstened. Any remedies?
ReplyDeleteMarilyn, I have not heard of a cure yet. The blight is back again this year although hard to tell if it is worse or the same.
