Pork Roast - McCormick's Roasting Rub (Cracked Peppercorn Herb)

So it was supposed to be for beef, and we used it for pork. No matter, it was delicious!

A nice pork loin roast (approx. 3.5 lbs.) was rubbed with the Cracked Peppercorn Herb as directed.

Set the meat thermometer. Put the roast in the oven at 325 F.

Prepared the squash, green beans, and cous cous and set for cooking later.

When the roast was ready set the veggies and cous cous to cook and in about 10 minutes sat down for a well deserved dinner. We deliberately have leftovers to re-heat for dinner later this week.

Hope your Sunday dinner was tasty and enjoyable!
