You may recall a couple of weeks ago it was a brewing night. Last night was the bottling operation. These cases are samples of our efforts.A quality check taken during the bottling operation revealed that these were good to go.

In the refrigerator getting appropriately chilled for the weekend!
For the record we made 3 kettles that yielded just over 19 cases of 12 x 22 oz bottles. Good stuff!
