If someone had predicted that a Sherlock and a Holmes would be asking questions of Democratic candidates in a debate moderated by the chief of police, I would have said "you're crazy".
However, this did happen. Yes, Monday evening in Franklin. A power outage moved the event from the middle school to the Municipal Building but that only helped to spice up the event.
Rick Holmes, an opinion editor for the MetroWest Daily News, joined me in asking questions of the two candidates, Jeff Roy and Peter Padula. These two are facing off in the Democratic primary on Thursday, Sep 6th. One will go on to face the winner of the Republic primary held the same day. The Republicans have three candidates campaigning for this seat, C Stolle Singleton, John Jewell, and Rich Eustis
Questions I used came from this listing.
