Flowery welcome

Flowers in the pots along the bridge in downtown Franklin add color to the scene. They create an impression of caring, someone does need to water and tend to them. The fact that it is volunteer based and not town provided is not shown by the flowers themselves. Those in the know understand the difference.



Some don't appreciate the difference. They just expect it.
