Peaocks stay penned in

As an update to the earlier posting on the Mount St peacocks, the judge has ruled they need to stay penned it.

I guess being on a farm doesn't count any more.

Bylaws for the birds?

The peacocks I used to see once in a while on Mount Street apparently are in the news. They are supposed to be caged. Which would also explain why I have not seen them recently.
