Water beads

The waterproofing I did on Saturday is working. As you can see, good puddles from the unexpected shower that rolled through Franklin on Sunday afternoon are lingering this morning.

Which also means that I won't be able to finish the waterproofing of the uprights and railings today. Will need to give it more time to dry before I apply the sealcoat.

The end = a job well done

The finished product. Wait 48 hours to dry. We'll be open for conversations on the deck after that dry time. In the meantime, conversation on the internet via Utterz, Twitter, email, or comments are available!

Labor Day

The sunshine is too glorious to waste today. Good walk completed, it's time to waterproof the deck. I cleaned it last weekend. The sun will help dry it today.
