Deja Brew: Uncle Jemima Maple Barley Wine

Instead of filling the kettle with water, we started with some fresh maple sap this time.

"Uncle Jemima Maple Barley Wine" is reported to be a good beer when done this way. My first in person try at it was last night and other than getting the sap into the kettle, the steps were just like other brewing nights.

What will come out of the kettle when we return to bottle in three weeks should be goodness!
