Another way to look at luck is being ready to take advantage of the open door. If you're not ready, you may not notice that it is open. If you haven't been working towards your goal, your objective, you may not be ready. If you are not aware of what is going on around you and the field you are interested in, you might not hear of the key bit of info that will open the door for you. If you resume is one of your key marketing pieces, the more eyes that review it to provide feedback, the better. Not that you need to incorporate everything everyone says, but you should be aware of the different view points so you can talk to them. Does that make sense? I hope so.
