Just $90.00 makes a huge difference when your 30 year fixed mortgage is already going up 2.5% for LIFE due to the passing of an override. Just $90.00 makes a huge difference when your cost of living raise can barely cover the increases in food, oil, gas, mortgage due to realestate tax increase due to an override. Just $90.00 may not seem like a lot to you but couple that with the increases due to everything else and this town is becoming unaffordable.
