Karen's Kitchen

Dolores and I took her parents to breakfast at Karen's Kitchen finally. This was one of the places that Jerry liked to frequent and it was my first time back without him.

Being there on a Monday, it was quieter than it normally is for Sunday. It was quite pleasant. We were able to park right in front of door to make it easy for Dad Proulx to get out and make the few steps in nice and easy.

I had the famous Wiener Omelet. It can be a meal or two for some folks. As it was truly a brunch (combined breakfast and lunch) for me, I managed to finish it and not need to eat until dinner time!

It is a three egg omelet, with three wieners cut up and rolled inside, topped with the wiener sauce and onions.it is also served with hash brown potatoes and a side of toast. Yes, a full meal!
