Some purists will shudder at combining sherku (what the heck is that?) with a recurring theme or phrase into a ghazal but I think it is worthwhile. It took me a while to get to it but after being off the grid for a few days this past weekend, I was able to find some time to write. Now I need to keep finding some time to develop the rhythm.
