Globe Subscriber page - broken

The Boston Globe subscriber page says:
To change your address, payment method, or any of the account information listed below, please enter the updated information in the appropriate box. Click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page when you have finished.
1 - The 'Bold' is for my emphasis as the "any' does not include changing the subscription option. To do that you need to call their Customer Service number.

2 - The "Submit" button doesn't exist. It is called "Continue."
