job search notes: your personal learning network

Educators are taking about creating "personal learning networks". The life long learning required of us to keep up with the changes makes this a requirement. As we network to find a new job, we are meeting folks and learning from them about new connections. The search and networking is job focused.




Consider keeping notes on your search effort some of these folks you probably should include in your own personal learning network to remain current and up to date with the changes.

There are many names for learning networks like these. Mastermind groups, buddy groups, etc.

What do they have in common?
There is a connection and conversation around a content that matters to them that ultimately allows the group to build a community.
