I added nine photos from Thursday night's brewing session to the group of photos I already had on Flickr for Deja Brew. This should provide a good sense of the work involved.
One of the master brewers there is fond of saying something along the lines of; "Brewing can really be done with one hand. The other is already occupied by holding a mug of the product!"
