    Happy International Webloggers Day!

    I read his post. Quite interesting.
    I have seen this problem alot in Federal jobs here.( Um the jobs that usually have a pixellated Uniform)
    Admin ends up creating a sea of useless paperwork that has to be done in hard copy rather than paperless, and then clericle loses it. Ghaaaa!
    Power to the bodies. The humans who move and motivate the actions each day!
